Description
Wedge is made of anatomic-shaped polyurethane foam and it is equipped with cotton cover. On the device’s surface there are air ducts which provide air flow and prevent the bedsores. High quality of the foam allows to use the wedge even by overweight patients and guarantees proper relaxation and leg support.
The cushion maintains legs in the slightly elevated position during lying on the back or side. It is used to support and relaxation of leg’s muscles and as an after-injury, anti-bedsore and anti-varicose veins therapy.
During side lying the device maintain the legs in anti-lordotic position. Its anatomic shape prevents against the pressure and provides the comfort of use.
The wedge is the best support for compression therapy treatment. During the night, the blood goes towards heart what reduces lower limbs girths what allows to putting on the compression devices.
